Sara Shah and Grover Sayre won seats on the city council of North Oaks in the Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024, election with 2 out of 2 precincts reporting. Andrew Gaspard won a special election for another seat.
Shah, who has held the position for the last six years, said she prioritizes public safety and reducing nonviolent crime, keeping land decisions environmentally conscious and improving the health of watersheds across North Oaks.
Sayre, also a current member, said he hopes to make access to government easier, protect and preserve the environment and prioritize public safety.
