School is canceled Tuesday for St. Paul Public Schools due to cold weather and there will not be virtual learning, according to the district.
Discovery Club and Adult Basic Education also will be closed. Other athletic and after-school activities will be canceled, except on a case-by-case basis. Varsity athletics may happen as scheduled as decided by the site administrator.
The state Board of Education will still hold its scheduled meetings Tuesday.
The first two days the district cancels school due to weather are non-instructional days, according to the district. After that, the superintendent decides whether classes will be held virtually. Parents can visit spps.org for district updates.
